Brian M. Tracy, President Brian Tracy has been involved in real estate brokerage, investment, development, and leasing for the past twenty-five years. For much of this time he has focused on retail properties of all types, from single-tenant corner locations up through and including regional malls. In 1995 Brian founded Retail Net Lease Properties, Inc. (RNLP). RNLP specializes in tenant representation, investment sales, and development brokerage for retailers and developers throughout Southern California. Brian Tracy holds an M.A. in Urban Planning from Harvard University and a B.A. in Economics from Stonehill College. He is a licensed California real estate broker and author of several real estate articles and monographs. Mr. Tracy is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. brian@rnlp.biz
