Dan L. Goldberg, Senior Associate Dan joined RNLP in late December, 2006.  For over 24 years, Dan has represented Landlords and leased shopping centers in every category and size, from neighborhood strip centers, to open air lifestyle centers, to enclosed regional malls.  Prior to joining RNLP, Dan was Senior Vice President of Leasing for The Festival Companies, a leading national shopping center developer based in Los Angeles, where he worked for 18 years. During his comprehensive tenure in the industry, Dan has leased shopping centers and completed transactions with retailers and restaurants throughout all of the 5 counties in Southern California, working closely with institutional clients including Federal Realty Investment Trust, Developer’s Diversified, RREEF Funds and the Lennar Corporation. Dan is licensed as a Salesperson in California and a Broker in North Carolina, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. dan@rnlp.biz
