Eric L. Knudson SCLS CSM, Senior Associate Broker Eric joined RNLP in April, 2003. Since then he has been the primary broker for significant landlord listings throughout Southern California including retail centers in Inglewood, Long Beach, Palmdale, Lancaster, Rancho Cucamonga, Monterey Park, Norwalk and Lakewood. Eric has also performed tenant-representation services for KinderCare, Sam Ash Music, Big 5 Sporting Goods, 7 Eleven, Anna's Linens and Rolling Rice. He also represented Rawson, Blum and Leon in the $100 million sale of the Mall of Orange in 2004. Prior to joining RNLP Eric held various senior leasing and property management positions with retail mall owners such as Westfield, General Growth, Macerich, and the Krausz Companies. Eric is a graduate of Long Beach State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. eric@rnlp.biz
