Joseph L. Tavormina, Senior Associate Broker Joe joined RNLP in June, 2000. Since then he has taken his considerable experience in restaurant, retail and cinema real estate and applied it to retail Landlord and Tenant representation. Joe has been instrumental in helping retailers such as Elephant Bar, Mimi’s Café, Baja Fresh, Wendy’s and Pat & Oscar’s expand throughout southern California. Prior to joining RNLP Joe served as Director of Real Estate for Prandium, Inc. handling brand names such as Co Co’s/Carrows, El Torito, Chi Chi’s and Koo Koo Roo. Preceding his work at Prandium, he was Director of Real Estate for Acapulco Restaurants. Before moving to Los Angeles in 1990, Joe lived in New York City and held corporate real estate roles with Cineplex Odeon, Chi Chi’s Inc., Marriott Corp., Kentucky Fried Chicken, Fotomat Corp., and Carvel Ice Cream.
