Kevin P. Barry, Executive Vice President Kevin joined RNLP in March, 1996. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the Southern California market. Over his career, Kevin has assisted the needs of national retailers, developers and investors with his skills in tenant representation, property leasing, sales, and new-development acquisitions. With expertise on both sides of the transaction table, Kevin has represented nationally known clients including Ralphs, Smart & Final, Wendy’s, The Koll Company, Vestar, Silvercreek Properties and many more. Before joining RNLP, Kevin worked at Grubb & Ellis Company for 11 years. Preceding his commercial real estate career and while attending the University of Southern California School of Business, Kevin worked at Palikiko Company on the development of multi-unit residential projects. Kevin is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. kevin@rnlp.biz
