Tom L. Dose, Senior Sales Associate
Tom joined RNLP in September, 2006 after almost twenty (20) years in retail operations with Payless ShoeSource.  As Director of Retail Operations for Southern California, Tom’s real estate responsibilities included, new store site selection, relocations, closings and lease negotiations.  His blend of operational and real estate experience allows him to provide his clients with a comprehensive approach to site selection.

Tom is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a graduate of Winona State University in Winona, MN.
